Who we are
At Insignia Salon & Spa, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment where sophistication meets warmth. Our knowledgeable and friendly staff are dedicated to ensuring that every guest feels valued and pampered.
Insignia’s inception was in 1999, then located in the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. Kris started her business with no staff, no experience, but a clear vision. 23 years later, she welcomed her partner Rachel on to continue the legacy. Since 1999, Insignia has grown and changed but our core values remain the same.
We offer a wide range of services designed to cater to your unique beauty needs, whether you're seeking a rejuvenating facial, a stylish haircut, or an indulgent pedicure. Our focus remains steadfast on our guests; we aim to provide a space where the outside world can’t get in.
What do our clients say about us?
“I had hair and makeup done for myself and 5 bridesmaids in the summer. We had a great experience, well organized and we were all extremely happy with the results. Would recommend!”
“I have had a pedicure and a facial done by Lyndsay she is truly the best! I constantly rave about her. She is so professional and ensures that you are comfortable throughout your service. I can’t say enough good things about her!”
“Love love love this place. Friendly staff and amazing service”
“Awesome experience, went with my wife for a pedicure, soooo relaxing,
the comfortable chairs let you select the type of massage you want!! And we will definitely be back again, very friendly and professional staff!!”
“Friendly staff and warm/ comfortable atmosphere. I’ve been going to Chrissy for my hair cuts for several years, she is fabulous! She’s always smiling and positive. Highly recommend this place”
“Excellent service — Sarah listened to what I wanted to do with my hair, asked a lot of questions and made me feel at ease. I’ve had many haircuts where they give you the one-two so to speak and send you out the door but here they went above & beyond — one of the best haircuts I’ve ever experienced!”
